Pneumatic Actuators and valves
Pneumatic Actuators and Pneumatically Automated valve products are precision designed, engineered and manufactured to deliver a virtually maintenance-free product with an extremely long life expectancy.
The range includes both scotch-yoke design standard pneumatic actuators in double acting and spring return with torque outputs up to 8,000Nm and Rack and pinion design actuators delivering up to 480Nm.
Pneumatic actuators are available in a variety of flexible options which include stainless steel and carbon steel bodies, manual override handwheels, two stage control operation and various epoxy coatings. There is also option available for both low and high temperature seals which provides certified and tested actuation from -50°C to +150°C.
The range is completed by the heavy duty pneumatic actuator range providing torque outputs to 30,000Nm.
Pneumatically Automated coaxial valves and Angle seat (piston) valves are available in both double acting and spring return versions and provide fast acting, high flow functionality with low pressure loss.
