Become a Customer

If you would like to become a customer, there are two account options:

• Credit account – For those wishing to apply for credit terms (subject to satisfactory credit checks)
• Automatic account creation – Republic of Ireland VAT registered companies only, payment via card

Please note: we can only accept applications from companies with a UK or Ireland invoice and delivery address. For overseas companies, please visit our sister companies to find a distributor in your area, or contact the manufacturer for your nearest distributor.

Automatic account creation lets you place orders and pay by card straight away. Available to Republic of Ireland VAT registered companies only. Northern Ireland companies should use the Pay in advance account form — once your details have been verified by our Customer Support team, you'll receive an email with your Customer Portal login details.

Credit accounts allow you to purchase on credit rather than paying in advance. Subject to credit checks.

Which account would you like to apply for?

1. Automatic account creation (Pay in advance) – Republic of Ireland VAT registered companies only (New & existing customers)
2. Credit account– Subject to credit checks

Republic of Ireland VAT registered companies may also apply via the credit account form, however please note this takes longer to process. Automatic account creation is the fastest way to start purchasing straight away.
