Start a Return

We’ll make this straightforward. Every return to Demesne Electrical needs a Returns Material Authorisation (RMA) number before goods are sent back.

To get started, email [email protected] with your invoice number, the items you wish to return, quantities, and the reason. Our team will review your request and guide you from there.

  • RMA valid for 30 days
  • Special order and non-stock items cannot be returned
  • Returns after 28 days may carry a 20% restocking charge
  • No returns accepted after 3 months

If the goods arrived damaged, please include up to 5 photos with your request so we can resolve it quickly.
