We’ll make this straightforward. Every return to Demesne Electrical needs a Returns Material Authorisation (RMA) number before goods are sent back.

To get started, email [email protected] with your invoice number, the items you wish to return, quantities, and the reason. Our team will review your request and guide you from there.

RMA valid for 30 days
Special order and non-stock items cannot be returned
Returns after 28 days may carry a 20% restocking charge
No returns accepted after 3 months

If the goods arrived damaged, please include up to 5 photos with your request so we can resolve it quickly.
