NH Fuse Neutral Links

Solid copper neutral links for NH fuse systems, providing a direct busbar connection for the neutral conductor without a fuse element. Available in sizes to match NH000 through NH3 fuse bases.
  • Solid copper conductor — no fuse element, no volt drop on the neutral
  • Tin-plated blade contacts for corrosion resistance and reliable seating
  • Dimensionally identical to NH fuse links — drops into existing NH bases
  • Available in NH000, NH00, NH1, NH2, and NH3 sizes

Product description

NH Fuse Neutral Links are solid, unfused inserts designed to occupy the neutral position in NH fuse switch disconnectors and distribution boards. Where the live phases carry NH fuse links for overcurrent protection, the neutral conductor requires a direct, low-resistance connection rather than a fuse. These links provide exactly that — a permanent bridging contact that fits the same base as a standard NH fuse link.

Constructed from high-conductivity copper with tin-plated contacts, they handle the same rated current as the corresponding fuse size without introducing any additional impedance into the neutral path. The blade dimensions match NH fuse link standards, so they seat correctly in existing NH bases and require no additional hardware or modifications.

Typical applications include three-phase distribution boards, motor control panels, and sub-distribution assemblies where a switched neutral is required but an unswitched, unfused neutral connection is maintained on the return path.

Tekox Terminal Strips Safety Blocks and Porcelain Blocks

Great electrical installations don't fail because of the major components. They fail because of the small ones that didn't get enough attention.
It's easy to focus on the big-ticket items during specification — and let the terminal blocks become an afterthought. But inferior connection components have a habit of making themselves known over time. Loose connections, degraded insulation, premature failure. The kind of faults that are frustrating to trace and expensive to fix.
Tekox engineer their terminal strips, safety blocks, insulated strips, and porcelain blocks to the standards your installations deserve. Available now from Demesne Electrical — get in touch and we'll show you the range.
