We're excited to share some important news about the future of Demesne Electrical. As of January 13th, 2022, we’ve officially joined OEM International, a leading European group specialising in industrial automation and technology distribution. This marks a major milestone in our journey – and sets us up for even greater success in the years ahead.

Demesne Electrical Joins OEM International

We’re writing to let you know that, as of January 13th, 2022, Demesne Electrical is now part of OEM International – one of Europe’s leading technology trading groups.

OEM International, headquartered in Tranås, Sweden, operates across 14 countries through 34 business units and generates over €360 million in turnover. The group specialises in industrial components and systems for automation, offering deep product knowledge and strong technical expertise throughout the supply chain – from product development to production.

The acquisition includes Demesne Electrical Sales Limited Ireland. Importantly, it’s business as usual. Our leadership team – Dave Williamson, Paul Fitzsimons, and Chris McKenna – will remain in their roles, and there are no changes for our employees, customers, or suppliers.

This move positions Demesne for an exciting future. After 45 successful years serving the Irish market, joining the OEM Group opens up new opportunities for growth and innovation while allowing us to continue doing what we do best.
