Our Kick-Off 2026 took the form of a roadshow, with the management team visiting our Dungannon, Cork, and Dublin branches. The sessions created space to connect with teams in each location, reflect on the year just gone, and align on the direction ahead. Bringing the conversations directly to each branch helped ensure consistency, clarity, and open engagement across the business.

We’re pleased to announce that, as of January 13th, 2022, Demesne Electrical has been acquired by OEM International, one of Europe’s leading technology trading groups. Headquartered in Sweden, OEM operates across 14 countries with 34 business units. The acquisition includes Demesne Electrical Sales Limited Ireland, and it’s important to note that there will be no changes to our day-to-day operations. This move strengthens our position in the market and opens the door to new opportunities as part of a larger international group.
