Sifam Tinsley 3 phase block current transformers with 70mm centres are built for high current metering at the top end of commercial and industrial distribution systems. With primary ratings of 800A, 1000A, and 1600A and a standard 5A secondary output, this range is suited to incomer metering, main distribution boards, and large-scale sub-metering applications where busbar and large cross-section cable sizes require a wider aperture. The integrated three-phase block format maintains installation simplicity even at these higher current levels, replacing three individual CTs with a single compact unit.
