Product description

Cutting edge design & quality materials Conta Clip has proved it is still possible to improve the design of even the most long established components. They are characterised by their compact housing shape, exceptional stability, good vibration resistance and improved wire grip at the terminal point. Fast assembly & connection The easy to operate screw connection makes it easy and safe to connect both solid and flexible wires with or without ferrules. The protective earth terminals have rail connections on both sides of the foot, they simply snap onto the din-rail with no need for screws. The insulated cross connectors are pluggable and simply pushed in to place in one of two channels in the top of each terminal. These features dramatically speed up assembly time but still ensure maximum mechanical and electrical security. Flexibility to optimize your stock You can use a cutting tool to shorten the pluggable cross connectors as required. Once cut the exposed edge is simply covered using the innovative push on insulation cap to ensure touch protection is fully maintained. Where once many different variations of cross connectors needed to be stocked you now need only one length of cross connectors and some end caps helping reduce inventory costs. Available in the following colours; Yellow, Blue, Black & Red. Clear concise marking Most applications demand clearly marked terminals. The four way labelling channel in conjunction with a wide range of markers allows a variety of possibilities. Pre-marked labels are available with standard letters & digits or custom labels can be marked here at OEM Automatic to your exact requirements. • Feed-through & protective earth • Compact design • Wide range of sophisticated accessories • Pluggable insulated cross connectors that can be easily modified to suit (up to 35mm²) • Cross connectors can carry max rated current & voltage of the terminals • Large wire entry bay positioned at the same level across all terminal types • Global standards
