Demesne Electrical Sales have recently been appointed by Schneider UK as a Distributor for Northern Ireland which we feel is a very positive appointment. So to celebrate this and to follow up on the recent success of our Dublin open day/trade show, we are delighted to announce a similar day in our Belfast branch on 23rd September next.
We are planning to have 10 International suppliers attending to showcase their latest product innovations so please watch our website for invitation details.
To celebrate the official opening of our NEW Dublin showroom we recently had an open day / exhibition (Thursday 6th May). During the event we had thirteen international suppliers and over 60 customers attended. The event was a huge success and future similar shows are already in our planning.

Demesne Electrical Sales recently completed the supply of 424 ASDV 170 Fittings to Helleric in Lisburn Co. Down.
This was was a very innovative decision on Helleric’s behalf
as their installation of 400 Watt metal halide fittings was just two years old.
However Paul Carson of Helleric did an in-depth study of the potential savings and also of the various lighting solutions that are available in the market place.
We were delighted that when he looked at the costs / benefits of the various solutions on offer that he choose Patina lighting from Demesne.
Energia approved the project for grant aid and the carbon trust provided the finance.
The installation was carried out by Northern Enterprises, whose MD Henry Monaghan project managed the installation.
The payback is proving to be less than 2 years.
